How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. We had a formal graduate induction and there is a clear exam structure with study leave support given. My current and previous line managers have been very considerate of this.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I need. I have one scheduled weekly call with my line manager but also speak to him most weeks on a more frequent basis as needed. I have two mentors who I meet with monthly and have build a strong rapport up with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

6 weekly and half yearly calls.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
