To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The work side of the programme has been good and well supported. the uni side has been less organised and i find the feed back from the uni generic and uninformative.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
yes i have learnt new skills and developed existing ones while doing my role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
differing levels of organisation depending on what part of the uni system I'm in contact with. the 4 weeks a year uni learning has been hit and miss as to its organisation level depending on the lecturer. but other wise the 4 weeks set aside for the concentrated learning has worked well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have received very good support from my employer and my colleagues, both academically and with family arrangements.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I receive help with my disability dyslexia. otherwise I find some of the lecturers uncontactable outside the uni week and their feed back on modules can be generic and unhelpful as to how i could improve my understanding of the topic or grade. what have i miss understood so that my grade is as it is.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
has made me more aware of the other roles within the industry and how they are interlinked. I can see how it it helpful with more senior roles.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
yes, almost too many.
On my project there are book groups, nights out, during lockdown their was a virtual coffee session every day. Christmas carols, cultural celebrations with food.
Networking sessions with other students and the CEO.
