Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
In the morning, I call clients to follow up on invoices that are due to be paid. In the afternoon I process payments and collect tax amounts. We have also had a weekly presentation club with the interns in New York.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given similar responsibility to full time employees. We often covered reps who were on holiday.

I have learned how to use the Bloomberg Terminal, SAP and have improved my Excel skills. I have also learned a great deal about customer service. I have developed my teamwork skills.
