To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

To start I really enjoyed it then went down a path of not so much but now I’m at the end of it, I would definitely recommend it and do others in the future.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so much, and use them into everyday with the confidence I have grown and the knowledge I now know what goes into a company has really supported me with my progression in the company.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Really structured set out really well in so many visits, different headers and titles to ensure I knew what I was learning and developing on.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support of my assistant manager and general manager which really helped to find more information I couldn’t find on my own with in the company

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had the best support from my trainer. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This qualification has opened my eyes massively to the bigger image of hospitality, and how much really goes on behind it all. I now use this to my full advantage in my role to ensure customers are getting the best.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have a tap system which we can asked to do extra training on and we can then learn through that

It’s honestly been one of the best hospitality jobs I have ever worked for, not only that it has opened so many opportunities for growth within the company and allowed me to achieve as much as I wanted too.
