Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Making sure that we have enough stock ready for the day to serve to customers and it is the best quality we can offer them and also keep up with high standards of hygienist and on delivery days making sure that we rotate the stock we have ie first in first out
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme that I'm on is an eye opener on my zoom classes that I'm on at the begging of the class I was only about a four out of ten think it was nervous that was showing but I suppose in life everything you do for the first time there will be nervous but as the class went on I get to enjoy them a lot as I'm learning new things each class
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my apprenticeship I've learned a lot of new things especially in my math online classes ie on the fraction course learning whole numbers and what's a new number and how to simplify ny answer in away I didn't no excited I'm learning lots of other things on this course too

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme I'm on is oranganisef and structured very well indeed all my tutors are only a phone call text or email away if I need any help at all through the course I'm doing if i can not get hold of them there's always my manager in my job
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The help and support I get from my manager [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is second to none she helps me in anyway she can but from greene king as a whole I can't thank them enough for letting me do the course that I'm on if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be learning new things like I am
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Like I said before I can't speak highly enough of my tutors they are brilliant with me annette peets learning me new math things and sending me on all these zoom classes to learn the new math stuff that I learning on ever class that I do it just brilliant
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At end of my course if and when I pass it will out me on a platform to learn new and better things in life and who knows maybe a different job with all the new things and no and with the new qualifications that I will now have on me
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

No not really as there just ain't enough time in the day for me now now doing this course and all the zoom classes that I'm doing plus I have a young family to look after so I just ain't got the time at moment for activities

Would you recommend Greene King to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Because as a company they are second to known one of the best I've worked for and I've even worked for a professional football club in their kitchen

Do not hesitate to come and work here they are a really good company to work for
