I’m newly appointed assistant manager, my job role is looking after customers and staff. Cashing up, locking up, payments of staff, customer queries or complaints.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do really enjoy it, however I do struggle sometimes finding the time with working full time, house and children fitting in studying.
