I manage a team of 11 people who are responsible for supporting suppliers who store and ship items through our fulfillment centres in UK and DE.
We also consolidate business customer orders at our FCs and ship them once complete.

My training provider is very supportive. In the time between workshops they are consistently reaching out to me to ensure I have everything I need and are always offering support if required.

Although I am only 3 months into my apprenticeship I have already used tools and techniques which I have learnt.

Yes we aim to have regular team social activities - meals, bowling, go-karting.
