I lead the team and deal with any complaints when I am on shift as duty manager and cash up lock and alarm the building when I am duty manager.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love everything about the course the maths is holding me back and can't wait to complete my course and start the next one

I have learnt so much since being on the course and my course tutor has been amazing praising me on my strengths and helping me with my weaknesses.

Very structured with regular visits and calls and my tutor is at the end of the phone for any help and advice I need

Definitely and makes me feel proud of how much I have learnt and how far I have come in such a short time and also gained me being promoted
