i am a team leader. i count tills, manage my team and do things like line checks, dealing with customers complaints and the good things.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it was an enjoyable programme and i found it fun because i learnt a lot of new things that helped me understand my job a lot better

i think it was structured well. there were some bits of information i didn’t have access to that we’re supposed to help me answer my questions but i spoke to my coach and it was fine

they supported me through the whole thing. i didn’t ask many questions to my employer as my coach helped me a lot but they were always supportive
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my trainer helped me a lot through the course. i switched coaches halfway through but they were both very helpful
