Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Wickes PLC to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Wickes is a really good company to work for. Management (in store) are down to earth and encourage you to become better for promotions and working your way up the ladder. The support system has been great, making me feel at ease and comfortable with who i work for. But challenges me when i need to be pushed
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Wickes PLC?
Ask others you are working with for help, dont be afraid to ask loads of questions if you dont understand the work you are trying to do or if customers ask things you are unsure on. Everyone around you has also started new, so everyone has been in the same position
