Conducting home visits to clients homes/properties, designing their dream project & presenting them with the design in a "reveal & close" appointment, and after sales care.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Our coach [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is great! She makes the programme really good as she puts lots of time and effort into our lessons/webinars/training. She understands how we all learn and is always finding new ways to support & encourage us.

It is well organised even with COVID. I imagine before COVID, it was even better with face-to-face training.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots, but not always in the right areas. My employer is interested in me succeeding and growing in the business but not always willing to help me get there by carrying out regular reviews (for the course) and supporting with task deadlines.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots, they are always available for any support. Whether this is an email or a 1:1 video call

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Massively - Without the course I would never have become a design consultant.

Wickes - because the pay is fair, the work ethic is good and our team are friendly.
LEAP - because the staff are brilliant and they course has been thought through and adapted to suit our needs. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] even went out of her way to book more.
