Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Duty Manager which involves me taking care of my colleagues and also the order fulfilment department which includes picking deliveries and also sorting delivery complaints and issues
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much so enjoyed the program it made learning quite fun and didn't get in the way of my work

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through out my apprenticeship I learnt a lot of new things and progressed in the company. I became a duty manager and forklift driver I also learned a number of things about the store itself so yes I would say I learned and developed a lot

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the programme was organised very well we had loads of time to catch up on the work needed to be completed as it was an all year thing
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My store manager was very helpful and recently we had a switch of store managers however that did not stop my learning or progression
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I recieved a tremendous amount of support from my training provider [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] she is amazing and helped out me and I'm sure the other apprentices a lot throughout the apprenticeship
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It strengthened my weak areas in the store meaning I can now do many more things and help out in many different areas of the store
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Except for the apprenticeship, not that I know of we have had a football game a couple months ago but thats about it
