The course was really enlightening it helped me discover areas of my industry and better understand it, the trainer's were really understanding and helpful with every one of my needs and made the course a lot easier and helped me be successful in passing and finishing it thank you
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was hard to enjoy with the time available to me but finding the balance between work and this course was the trickiest but once I had achieved that the course became so much easier to enjoy and take part in as I said it was enlightening to me
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes very much so I have learned about so much in the way of management and the different styles of leadership, the stock and cellar handling has been a lot better since and I now appreciate myself in my role much more within the pub and company as a whole
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

With the pandemic it was hard and communication at first was at a minimum but when I got into the flow of it the experience was a lot more stream line I would say maybe a few more regular sessions is needed but overall not bad to work with it
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support and wouldn't have made it other wise with the staff I had they were really supportive in making sure I finished altho they could have game me a little more time off to ensure completion of the course however i fount the time
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had so much support and could not have completed it with out their support through such a hard time with management, job and the course through the pandemic and they gave me all the resources I needed to achieve the final outcome of the course so thank you
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This course helped me to appreciate all that I already do for the company and what I need to do to stand out and help the company progress, the things learnt in certain modules helped me achieve greater outcomes for the business as a whole and how to manage people
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are multiple sporting events we have on in the pub and several promotions I have been a part of including live music events, these events have been greatly helped by the course and everyone on it and to have the experience of my other courses I have been successful

Why?
They're a great company with great values and anyone would be lucky to work for them, the support they gave me through out was great in helping me finish, the company could acknowledge their staff a little more I would say but overall they are a great company to work for
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?
To keep within the values of the company and to work hard and the company will appreciate that, it has so much room for improvement if you want to progress so don't be afraid to ask about your career and where it is going they will always help out
