I over see my team members whilst they carry out their daily tasks of upselling, I provide coaching on all tasks needed to complete their role
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed learning more in-depth about my role until unfortunately the pandemic struck then I was thrown back and forth between new trainers this gave me a little knock to my confidence but I still completed the course by believing i could

Everything was ok till I went back into the qualification after a break due to the pandemic many trainers think i had about 4/5 I didn’t know where I was with my work then one put me in for my EPA

It certainly helps me within my role knowing I’ve gained knowledge and confidence helps me wanting to progress further

Long hours definitely worth it seeing customers enjoying themselves as well as the team providing the service
