Supporting residents base on care plan with personal care, shower, oral care, shaving, dressing, pad change, hair care. Supporting residnts with food choices and drink choices. Doing activies with residents, help with residents emotions and making sure residents are safe, environment safe and tidy.

I learnt new skills as well as developed exising skills through internal training courses, both face to face training and Elearning, I learnt about health and safety, topical medication, presure ulcer prevention, end of life care, dementia awereness, safeguarding and protection of adults, food safety, fire safety equality and diversity
