I am the administrator of Parker Meadows and my role includes ensuring all the aspects of financial and administration are done properly and in the best interests of residents and business. I am in charge with payroll, residents admissions, recruitment, human resources.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed it very much, as I had the possibility to learn and develop on my own rithm.

Yes, I did. I learned legislation and how to apply it on my regular job, how to support better my team and deep knowledge on other aspects of the business.
