Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Check vehicle daily for faults. Completing daily vehicle defect card.
Transport Public to from predetermined stops on Public highway. Customer service on information, times, prices and locations. Collection of payments both cash and cashless. Issue of tickets.
Driving in safely and showing due care and attention to other road users.
Ongoing annual cpc training.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Development of road safety skills awareness aided by an onboard live system monitoring of driving.
Development of customer services within the Public sector industry, with day to day interaction with the public as not only a driver but the frontline representative of the company.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
Giving insight and relevance to ongoing work experiences within a training relevant course. All planned with plenty of notice.
