My Day to Day role, involves Raising and managing PO's, responding to team members needs, participating with team calls, having 1 to 1 calls with suppliers to manage projects, responding to internal and external emails
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I Enjoy every aspect, My Team are so supportive, the work I do is extremely engaging, Unilever is a very good company to work for

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Have developed greater confidence when speaking to supplier, and confidence in my own work. I have gained negotiation skills with external suppliers. and have gained business based skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured, all inductions, training etc were all laid out easily, every member of the unilever community is extremely approachable
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is in abundance. i have regular calls with my employer, line manager and mentor

there is very much a parallel in my work and it helps me perform better in my day to day role

Lots virtually, we have weekly networking sessions within BPC, and lots of programmes within whitehat
