Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job is to enter a customers home and to do a variety of jobs on the customers gas appliances. On a day to day basis this could be servicing of the boiler and gas appliances or fault finding and repairs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the practical side of the programme as each job is different.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to fault find on multiple appliances. I have learnt how to use multiple tools correctly and efficiently.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Weekly planning of the programme is Good even due to covid. However the evidence upload website wasn't even ready for the apprenticeship which put a lot of pressure on apprentices to upload lots of work in their free time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

You get Good support from the employer. For example when I was off sick after an op, I asked the centre manager to come in later due to nurse appointments and they were very supportive with me taking the time off required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They give u extensive training for the role and teach you to do things properly.

Any apprentice is a big impact so you need to think hard about whether it is the career path you want to go down.
