during my apprenticeship, my role didnt correspond with the course i was taking. this could have been better planned on how i would complete a course without doing the day to day job
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoyed that i was progressing myself to be better, personally and for the company. COVID played a massive part in my learning however. Before COVID, i would have rated this higher

Even though i didnt do the day to day work, i still learned new skills (some better than others) and these do come in handy at times during my current role

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Data Analysis - The programme was structured well. Due to delays, my course passed over into a different course with different criteria. This was no ones fault however
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Little. I was given unlimited time to do what i required outside of work, but i didnt do the role day to day, and no immediate colleagues were trained. I was self sufficient in having to learn the course. I did pass, but this speaks mainly on myself and perseverance rather than the support form my company
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As much as i needed. This actually dramatically improved during lockdown, which was a necessity. i would prefer classroom teaching rather than remote learning however, hence the low score.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Would you recommend E.ON UK to a friend?
No
Why?
Quite a few redundancies recently. The area im in is secure at time of writing, but seeing many colleagues leave, no matter their skill level, is difficult
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON UK?
Be yourself, and show that you can work across different areas, juggling multiple tasks. EON is now EON NEXT, and they are looking for employees that can work across multiple teams and take ownership of jobs
