My role consists of a mix of training and university assignments on weekdays. This is includes hand skills and also aerospace theory. In the next few months I will be going onto rotations around the engineering departments
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my program and feel I am learning a lot of useful skills for the job

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed upon my hand skills and metal working, including the forming of metal sheets. I have also learnt how to effectively solder and handle electronic components.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is usually very well structured although some things could be better organised to allow for more time to plan

I receive a fair amount of support from my employer and have relatively common catch ups with managers
