Credit Hire handler. Dealing with third party credit hire claims from credit hire companies, accident management companies, third party insurer claims.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

From the apprentice side it is great and well structured. From the work perspective it is lacking with the hours and off the job learning actually being limited to 3 hours per week. On a 35 hour week this would equate to just under 10% off the job learning, not the 20% as advised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
