In charge of the day to day running of the business including team development, health and safety, recruitment, guest satisfaction and P&L control.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have found getting back into educational challenging but have learnt a lot about Home/Work/Study life balance and once I had over come this I have started to enjoy the course more.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Currently increasing my knowledge of the corporate world and how companies are structured and developed, am an excited to move onto my next module on people and talent management.

Fantastic! Well organised, deadlines are know well in advance. Time tables are set out over the beginning which is great for planning in advance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Due to been furlough when beginning my degree it has been hard to feel I get the support however everyone I have asked for help in the senior management team could not do enough to help me..
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Due to doing a degree course the help from MMU has been amazing. Everyone could not do more to help us get through the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
