Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
My role is also to look after everyone else and prevent any accidents or liability’s in store.
My main role is to work at a good speed to make service time great.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
My programme gives me joy when we get recognised for what we do as a team at kfc. And seeing customers smile is everything to me.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
But also Listening, teamwork, communication, how to take on a challenge , resilience , multitasking and the main one learnt how to focus under pressure.
My biggest skill by far is definitely not being shy.

Kfc do have foundations but I just choose to not be a part.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KFC UK & I?
The job isn’t to hard but at times it is hard and you need to be ready to embrace the rules and safety measures at all times .
