To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So-so, management and colleagues can become difficult when pushing for deadlines that are potentially unobtainable. Some colleagues don't want to work with you as they think apprentices will slow them down.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

How to use specialized tooling as well as normal tooling for the engineering workplace.

Communications can be poor. Monthly meetings are rare and communication from managers to others is hit and miss.

Support supposedly is there when needed, however I haven't required much.

So-so, covid has hindered learning experiences.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

So-so, it provides a base to work off, a business qualification isn't going to help me unless I attempt to further myself in the company

Provides a good company for the CV, a L3 qualification and opens doors for the engineering world.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Airbus?
Stay off managers radars, attempt to complete work asap.
