How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I feel as though it is very organised I know where to upload my work, when my activities are due, what tasks are in on what dates I always know what I need to do for my task because I recurve good information about them
I can also ask you questions any time if I need help

A lot if I’m stuck on things to do with my tasks which I’m set I will get help and support as well as helping me further with my answers if I haven’t quite answered them with quite enough detail and help me with pushing me forward
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I’m guided on what things to improve on and what I can do better from because with a peer observation which was done on a activity I can improve on certain things which will help within my apprenticeship to help my job improve and my skills so I can get better
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
No there isn’t as it’s a children’s nursery we just have staff meetings and open days occasionally
