Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Business analysis involves for lack of a better explanation working with stakeholders (often within the business outside of tech services) to understand and gauge their requirements.
For my role it generally relates to requirements for technology/software aswell as lots of analysis. I also document and create a lot of processes.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, prior to moving to my higher Apprenticeship as a Business Analyst although I had IT knowledge I had no diploma/qualifications relating to IT. After completing my Apprenticeship I now have a Level 4 Diploma in Business Analysis provided by the BCS.
I also now have a full time job/contract as a BA within DLG

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I feel this is quite a broad question.
If you mean in terms of my allocated learning/study time in DLG I always found I had an abundance of time to complete my required apprentice work.
If you are talking about QA and how the courses were structured/laid out thought the year then those were also structured in a logical manner.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I am a member of the social committee in the area I work in and as part of that I help organise social events.
