As commis chef, I would work on the larder section most of the time and sometime in the hot section. Change the labels on all products, and check if there was any prep needed for the next day.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme very much because I knew everything I done would help me in my career in later life.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt different type of cuts of vegetables, how to make pasta and bread. I also learnt how to fillet a fish for the first time.

The programme is very well organised, and if there were any changes in the programme, such as room changes you will always be notified.

I receive a lot of support from my employer, and they constantly check if everything is okay with me and if I have any worries.
