I’m the deputy manager of a multi-million pound service earning business. My job role takes on many forms but is best defined as being a passionate creator of teams and experiences that nourish the soul for all parties that are in my care, be it staff or customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was a lot of work on top of running a business but I enjoyed the people I met throughout.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fuller's?
Be prepared to be the best. Applying with one foot in and the other out will only make your job draining. Be prepared that with being the best in the industry has its challenges that you personally will need to be able to work alongside with and grow with. I promise you, it’s worth it.
