I co-ordinate running reports and we move rotations around the business on a 6 monthly basis.

We understand the structure of the programme and what is expected of us on a daily basis as well as during our rotations.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have a lot of support from mangers, Line managers and our own networks around the business
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support is provided by Coventry, and our tutor is readily available to support where needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At the moment during COVID-19, it is hard to do this but we are working to move these activites to being as remote as possible.

Why?
Great place to work, the scheme allows us to understand the entire business not just one section. The network with people you meet is strong and i am well aware of my support network and those people I can count on to help me where needed.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GE Aerospace?
Listen to what others say. you will be able to provide good input but also bear in mind the opinions of your team. 9/10 times you will be able to find a solution which incorporates both ideas to reach the best circumstance
