My job role will involve maintaining, repairing and fitting assets on various substations around the Staffordshire area.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy the course content however covid 19 has restricted are ability to put our knowledge to practical use

I've learned a lot about the equipment I will be working on and health and safety in the workplace. I have also developed my engineering knowlege.

extremely well organised even with the constant changes due to the pandemic

It allows us to understand each asset much better giving us a much better understanding of our job as a whole

there are networking events but very little social activities for employees very much self facilitated in that respect even when away training it is very restricted
