Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Projects/Responsibilities
Technical: support the wider team on managing infrastructure operations and services, including servers, database, network and security
Technical: software coding and programming to simplify and automate how operations and services are delivered. This includes Powershell, Ruby, Python. Prior knowledge is not mandatory
Soft skills: project management, communication, user empathy are key in the role. Be able to use MS Office products and collaboration tools to work with global users
Data interrogation: comfortable working in MS Excel and other tools in analysing data, trends and patterns
Broad IT interest: due to the nature of the team, we are seeking an intern who can explore the various areas of IT from infrastructure, coding, networks to project management and business focus. We are not seeking a specialist
