Identifying training needs, arranging training as well as creating and delivering training. Advising colleagues and managers on professional development. Assisting with change management projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the work, the reading and the tasks. Contact with other learners on the forum helps but there could be more trainer support.

The structure for me has been adversely affected by 2 of my trainers leaving the course provider. This has disrupted my learning on what could have otherwise been a well structured course.
There is a lot of self-learning. More guidance and direction would be good.

Time away from work to attend sessions, meetings and complete tasks if needed.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The change in trainers has affected the level of support I have received. Differing advice has not helped. More support at the start to understand the platforms and how to best use them would help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The course is very relevant to my role and I feel has helped me gain knowledge, learn skills and out these to use. My learning is helping me improve in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

A lot of extra-curricular activities are on hold due to COVID but we have weekly Team check ins where the team talk (not about work). We also have group challenges - walking 50 miles in Feb and covering the distance to South Africa in April.
