To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Lots of opportunities to get involved with and has a good group of apprentices to talk to. Company also makes an effort to involve apprentices in opportunities.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Improved written communication skills alongside my apprenticeship through my skills and behaviours. Improved my financial awareness whilst completing CIMA. Excel skills have also been enhanced through on the job training in my role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Well organised alongside training and studying. BPP as a learning provider could be better as there has been times when communication was poor. Good study leave offered.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Good study leave and company invovlement. Access to mentors if you would like one in both reverse mentoring and normal mentoring. Support from management when required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
BPP could be improved, misunderstanding around next stages in the apprenticeship programme their side, information not provided at the correct times meaning delays in sitting exams and wrong exam material regularly sent out from their distribution centres.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
Allows a bridge between studying and work however skills and behaviours can be tedious as they are quite repetitive.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Depending on site sports teams are available, lots of networking opportunities and social activities.
