Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Various sessions designed to provide more information about the the company's culture and values, departments (an overview of them, day-to-day responsibilities, practice exercises), and the Bloomberg Terminal. Additionally, participants had to collaborate in order to conduct research into a topic and present the findings as a group.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
We heard from interns as well as Team Leaders in the various departments, who all provided us with greater insight into the roles. After participating in the insight week, I've come away with a greater knowledge of the company and positions, and hope to work there after I have completed my university studies.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It seems very collaborative and employees appear to be extremely approachable. Very big on philanthropy and diversity too.
