I am covering the fire & environmental mangers role in the area, my daily routine consists of monitor our environmental performance, work on and monitor environmental projects in the area. Deal with fire related issues in the area, whilst helping with the local safety team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I bring work home because I enjoy it. I have enjoyed every second of my program.

Due to the program consisting of collage work and university, sometimes when a join decision needs to be made communication can be broken down

Whenever support is needed it has been embraced with open arms from my manager, program manager, university and college.

I believe as a student I have the right balance between being supported and working by myself, I know support is there if needed.

100% I have picked many learning for my University course, mostly in my HNC business improvement lectures in UWTSD

Yes in my first year I joined magnet which is team of young professionals that organize social, sport and charity events.
