Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Day to day responsibilities included a lot of data inputting and excel work. As well as this I was shadowing Client Viewings with some of the experienced hires, but this was dependant on client demand/ activity levels.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was a lot to learn in the space of two weeks, I think it would have been useful to have more time, and would have been slightly less intimidating. However, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn in the little time I had here.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It's a very flat organisation so you meet very senior people very easily which is really nice, its sociable too. They are working on diversifying the workforce, which is necessary because it currently has a long way to go in terms of diversity, I think.
