Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Observing/shadowing current Graduate Surveyors and assisting them with their work, helping to write reports and other typical tasks.
Attending team meetings. Video calls with current Savills employees to give an insight into their area of the business. Networking sessions (remotely) with current graduates and directors.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Really interesting, confirmed that my areas of interest within Surveying would suit me but has also given me new roles to consider.
Departmental overviews were interesting and the speakers were informative and engaging.
Lots of helpful informal conversations with people around the office who were keen to give advice/ask about my current aims.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very welcoming and friendly.
People were down to earth and fun but ultimately passionate about their work, strong professional ethic and a genuine interest in helping out people new to the world of surveying.
Felt very included by the current graduates, going out for lunch etc.
