In addition to serving customers in a pub for both food and beverages, I lead shifts and complete management administrative roles back of house

I thoroughly enjoyed my programme and have recommended it to other staff. The content was relevant and interesting and was laid out in an easy-to-learn and easy-access way

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was organised into a 12 month calendar with activities following a weekly plan. This structure was explained and provided at the beginning of the programme and laid out the exact road map to completing my apprenticeship

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support from my line managers and was encouraged to put what I'd learnt into practice very often

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a lot of support and communication from my trainer throughout the course. I always felt my questions were answered both in a timely manner and to a suitable extent
