There is a structure, however the amount of communicationbetween eveyone was abissmal. The experience in this sense was awful

I mean overall the qualificationitself hasnt had a substantial amount of support. the experience on the job is where everything falls into place.

not right now and there havent been really, there used to be alot more before we joined apparently

They treat their apprentices like absolute shit here, so dont join.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON UK?
dont apply, if you can secure an apprenticeship elsewhere do it, youll be alot happier. The amount of times ive wanted to quit is crazy honestly.
