My role is working as part of the Technical Partner Management team, which involves two key duties to my role: 1) Managing a network sharing project between major operators Vodafone and O2
2) Managing a hardware management service for miscellaneous parts within the network.

Framework is clearly define - VF offers a great progression system, whereby you can advance onto the next program level and they truly value new talent.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager and mentor has supported me fully throughout my program and prioritizes my welfare above anything else.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Moderate amount of support is given from QA ltd. At times communication was difficult and objectives weren't clearly defined during the workshops, which meant solely relying on assignment briefs.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I wouldn't say the modules we completed related in any way to my role at VF - the degree is based mainly on I.T. - so for apprentices based in Technology operations and networks (outside of I.T) the majority of studies won't align within their role.
However, I can appreciate how there may be no degree level course related to telecommunications (perhaps the odd module in a technical related subject).
