My role involves attending to personal care, domestic calls, social calls, lunch calls and evening or bed calls.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program gives me insight into the difference in working experience between home care and care homes and it also gives me ideas as to how problems are solved in the workplace.

I have learnt a lot of things whilst working for this company like patience, caring, and regular update training helps me to refresh my training and adhere to changes that needs to be implemented, new rules and laws in place.

I am happy with the way units were set and due dates. There were times where I needed my Tutors help and she is always quick to respond.

A lot. She is always at the end of the phone or emails respond has been very quick.

The training has given confidence in performing my task. It has also helps me to re evaluate my ways of attending to my task and the implementation of the work that I needed to do.
