I am a chef in which I provide food for all types of different people depending on what they order from the menu.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed it very well and would definitely look into maybe doing my level 3 and would definitely recommend to others

When working with my apprenticeship provider I got 100% from them and never felt I was alone I could ask whatever I needed to and would get the best possible answer from them once again I would definitely recommend
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me 100 times better now I’m a lot more speakable when it comes to my job role and I also know not to face things alone if I’m having trouble learning something new

Not 100% special activities but there are other courses I can go on or do other things with other members of staff

Why?
Ever since starting with Greene King in 2018 they have fondly pushed me forward to have some sort of an education I feel as though they are a very good network of people and always put their members of staff first
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?
I would tell you to just be honest if you’re having trouble on something to speak up when you feel as though something is not right and try and get the best possible outcome that green King offers
