Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Currently working remotely due to Covid-19 lockdown.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Have begun building knowledge of electronic components, and how they operate within an electrical circuit and how to build these circuits.
Other skills in development are teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
When everything does open up and I start my second year on site I will endeavour to find activities I can get involved with.
