Assisting my placement manager for everything related to that part of the business. Being involved with calls/meetings, delivering projects & maintaining work relationships.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its a great programme to be part of as there is so much movement within the business. It's refreshing and fun to meet new people and learn about the industry.

Its very well structured as at work we are given 'placements' and at university we have specific modules that very often link back to where we are working in the business.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Apprentice manager is extremely helpful for anything to do with the scheme, and so was very important for me to transition from a classroom mindset to a professional workplace mindset.
My placement managers are always helpful and informative and always make me feel im able to ask as many questions as possible if I don't understand.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They support me and my cohort well. Their job is to integrate my learning in university with my workday. This is good as we can give contextual feedback to our module work.
They support us through quarterly catch up calls with my HR manager to ensure we are getting the support we need.

The degree greatly fits what my work course is. Every module and assessment is something I can take away and implement within work. From proposal development to financial principles.
