I perform a number of change roles across several different projects contemporaneously, including change management and PMO responsibilities

Some of my skills for change management have been sharpened, but I haven't experienced much of a change

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I don't think organisation of the programme has been very good and the level of available support from key contacts, whilst being of very good quality is insufficiently catered for. For example waiting two months for a rearranged appointment
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support I receive is good but the 20% time target can seem difficult to achieve during very busy times
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As mentioned above the quality of help is good, the availability can be very poor
