I am in a strategic role and I'm also in the Product Recall team where I am gaining experience in insurance broking. I am maintain the Global Markets P&C Hub intranet page.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my programme at Willis Towers Watson, as I am constantly learning and building experience. I am very excited for my future at the company.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt many new skills, including strategic and broking skills which I never had before. I have also developed IT skills that I had before.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised and structured and the Growth company have been very good in all of my workshops.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer ranging from my line manager to my team members. They have all been very helpful and welcoming.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider as we have weekly workshops and they are easily contactable over email.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think my qualification through the Growth Company helps me a lot with my day job as it is teaching me a lot about insurance and how things happens.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are social events within my team after work however no sporting teams due to the pandemic.
