Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in international insurance, so I deal with only international clients. My day to day role consists of liaising with brokers from around the world on different clients.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying my programme so far. I learn lots of new things and get to talk with people from around the world which I find interesting.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed many skills such as: communication, IT skills such as using Excel, organisation skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the programme could be structured better. I think there needs to be better communication between The Growth Company, our recruitment team and ourselves. Perhaps more frequent calls should be arranged with personalised progression plans.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel I receive a lot of support from my team. However I feel the recruitment team and The Growth Company could support us better.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel not enough support was provided for our exams. I feel that the fact we had to come into a new job and even do all studying remotely by ourselves was not taken into consideration.
