Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Business Trainer across our Personal Lines insurance brand. This involves writing training material, delivering training sessions, identifying learning needs and upskilling staff.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really happy to be a part of a programme that will earn me a qualification in the role that I love. I am very much enjoying it.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am new to the apprenticeship scheme and so far I have had good experiences. I have developed my current English and Mathematics skills and overall presentation skills,

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have not had the full experience of this with being fairly new to the programme but so far so good. Seems very organised and everything planned in has gone ahead smoothly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a great team around me and I receive a lot of support from my employer and peers to encourage me to excel in my role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training will help me to perform better in my role as it is linked directly to the job I do. Anything that can enhance and expand my skills and knowledge is beneficial

Yes, I am part of our engagement team. We often hold social events, sports days etc. Just not so much since COVID hit!
