Highways design, Completing CAD drawings, preparing scheme documentation & later on in the apprenticeship - leading smaller schemes from start to end.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very enjoyable, to be able to learn and get payed at the same time is amazing

CAD, CDM, 'report writing', time management & client liason.

Not very at the start, Andy Hamer was the person who 'saved' us (1 year in)
